Andi Larson, President

During her two decades of extensive experience in the construction industry, Andi Larson has dedicated her career to understanding and fulfilling the unique demands of multi-site organizations. Her strategic insights and leadership have been pivotal in guiding Convenant Construction to new heights, emphasizing ethical practices and exceptional craftsmanship in every project. Andi’s ability to forge and maintain strong relationships has been instrumental in the company’s success, ensuring each client's vision is realized with precision and care.

Andi Larson holds an MBA with a focus on Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.

Menno Enters, VP Business Development

During his 25-year career in the national retail accounts industry, Menno has successfully led facility management programs for multi-site retailers Walgreens and Dollar Tree Stores. He also directed highly productive sales teams at several facility services providers to help retailers solve their complex facility challenges to yield better, faster, and more cost-effective capital construction and facility project management.

Menno holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Houston as well as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Texas.
